
Strait to the Plate takes us on a culinary and cultural journey throughout six Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Providing a contemporary snapshot of the people, food and life in the Torres Strait Islands, the series is set against the turquoise blue sea and hosted by Aaron Fa’aoso. Strait to the Plate is a Lone Star Company production for SBS and NITV and was produced with investment from Screen Queensland.
